Rachel Kelley is working on carving her stamp so she can make ink prints of her design.

At BCHS, students have several art class options which include Creative Art, 3-D art, and 2-D art. These classes let students learn to express themselves in a unique and creative way.  In art classes this month, students have learned about careers in art and shared their research through class presentations.  They have also learned about complementary colored shapes and various drawing techniques, including portraits.  You can find these portraits hanging in our art hallway.   In 2-D Art they are also starting a unit on print-making. Next up, Mrs. Covington says they will start on paper-mache.   Art Club will be starting soon and Mrs. Covington would love for all budding artists to join.
