On February 25th, 2020 the Bourbon County Boys Basketball team played in their first district tournament game. The district tournament is held at George Rogers Clark. Bourbon County will be playing against Montgomery County. Bourbon won the tip-off forcing Montgomery to play defense first. At halftime, Bourbon was leading 40-29. To start the half, Montgomery got the ball. Towards the end of the game, Montgomery came back. The game went into overtime thanks to a bank shot made by Brycen Collins tying the game at 60-60. At the end of the game, the score was 63-69 ending the Bourbon County Boys season.
