A partial owner of the business stated, “ We wanted to create a fun place, a healthy place where people could get good nutrition and have a good, fun, and healthy environment to hang out at.” The owners of B-Town Hub have made it their mission to be an important part of the community as they care about anyone and everyone, “ We truly have a genuine concern for everyone who comes through our doors. We want everyone to feel loved, we want everyone to feel welcome. We just want them to feel important and like they’re a part of the family.”
Employees
The majority of employees at B-Town Hub are local teens who help keep up with the fast-paced trends of today’s world. Carina Villeneuva is one teen that works there and she loves the environment of her workplace stating, “I like all of it, mostly the vibe, the bubbly environment.” She also is proud of the loving atmosphere as well. “They’re just very welcoming to everyone and I think that makes B-Town different.” America Adams, a local teen, also works at B-town and enjoys her job stating, “I like working at B-Town because of the environment, flexible scheduling, and just meeting new people that allow me to grow as a person.” She also likes the loving and caring energy everyone has not only for customers but for the whole community stating, “I think B-Town is different because they are very involved in the community and we’re very people. We’re just very involved in the community” The kind treatment towards their staff and others is unmatched, to them everyone is family.
My experience
With B-Town Hub becoming increasingly popular in Bourbon County, there are plenty of regulars that come weekly or even daily for their sweet treat of the day. I consider myself a regular and go almost every week. This is because there is a uniqueness to the B-Town Hub’s hospitality and their drinks that cannot be found anywhere else. There is not one day that 100 percent of their time and energy is not given to anyone who walks through their doors. The people at B-Town Hub have also helped the Bourbon County High School Dance Team and so many other community organizations by doing fundraisers where a team helps out and earns a percentage of their revenue for the day. The people in this business continue to do everything they can to not only support their community, but change it for the better. There truly is no business that it is as giving as B-Town Hub.
