A few days ago, a video of Lisa and Frédéric went viral in August and sparked rumors. The two are already known to be close friends, and after being seen together in Paris earlier this year, the rumors kept flooding in about the two or in a relationship. Speculations about the relationship began when photos were leaked of the alleged couple sharing laughs at the Bulgari Mediterranean High Jewelry event in Venice back in July. Fans immediately started hunting for more evidence to prove the two were in a blossoming relationship. Fans have also pointed out that a recent photo of a Twitter user posting a selfie of herself shows in the background Lisa and Frédéric sitting next to each other on a couch at the airport.
Fans dug deeper and concluded that Lisa had boarded a private jet owned by Frédéric in New Jersey after Blackpink’s Born Pink North America World Tour at the MetLife Stadium and they both flew to Los Angeles together. According to netizens, the rest of the Blackpink members were traveling separately to Las Vegas for the next stop of their tour, where Lisa joined them. More recently, the two were supposedly spotted on a vacation in Greece. Eagle-eyed fans of course were quick to spot similarities in Lisa’s posts to the heir’s brothers Alexandre Arnault and his wife, Geraldine Guyot as well as Jean Arnault and his girlfriend Zita d’Hauteville. Lisa began posting pictures of her lovely getaway on August 25th as well as photos of her bold outfits like a green Versace bikini. In a video, she shared a distinctive marble archway extended out into a blue lake- with Geraldine also sharing photos just four days earlier from the exact same location she and her husband visited by cruise.
This theory caused fans of Blackpink to go to Frédéric’s comment section on Instagram and say things like, “I love this couple,” and even fans telling them to confirm their “relationship” to the public, “Dear Fred, if you and Lisa are in a relationship, please make it public, don’t keep it secret and it makes her fans uncomfortable, if you go public, we will support you and Lisa because we understand that everyone needs happiness and respect her choice, thank you!” While others commented, “No, Lisa deserves better.” and “Who even are you? Please stay away from Lisa!!” There still has not been any confirmations or allegations from either YG Entertainment or Arnault, but many fans are convinced the two are in fact dating after many pieces of “evidence”.
