Tiktok star ‘“Jools Lebron’’ has mentioned ‘’no more tears’’ over her TikTok saying ‘’very demure, very mindful’’ over the past month. This saying has become viral on social media and is now used on a daily basis for many people. A trademark has been filed after Jools wanted to make it have many entertainment purposes, including promoting beauty products and other promotions. 

Jools Lebron was popular before the saying with a whopping 2.2 million followers on TikTok. 

She was known for identifying unknown makeup products and transitioning. She states  “I was finally able to complete my transition’’ after her TikTik went viral with over 50.9 million views. 

Jools trademark has been filed, but hasn’t been determined if it will be passed or not due to her not creating the word. Although many people use this saying, many of those people think that it is unnecessary to file a trademark due to her not creating the work, but just saying it and it becoming viral. In the United States, you can attempt to craft a trademark, but usually it must  be connected to a commercial.

Jools has many other options to succeed with her saying that would continue to promote her popularity. One option would be to continue to try and make her saying a trademark, which would make her whole process go even more popular with it stretching from six to nine months to complete. Many people suggest that Jools should just make merchandise and sell it that way. Even if she did make merchandise, it would not stop anyone from slapping the works ‘’very demure, very mindful’’ on a t-shirt and making loads of money off of that. Either way, Jools may or may not get her trademark but until then, make sure you stay ‘’very demure’’.
