In Aurora Colorado there is a gang terrorizing an apartment building. These men are a gang called Tren de Aragua who have “taken over” an apartment building in Aurora Colorado. They showed up with automatic assault rifles and made the men and women in the building pay them rent. 

The officials of Colorado have agreed to drop all the charges against the landlord who was put in the middle of the whole gang takeover situation. People seemed to think that he was a part of the gang and had the other gang members terrorize the residents in the building for rent.

They interviewed the people who lived in the apartment building and said that the conditions of the apartments were rat infestations and bed bugs. There were also leaking ceilings. This was because the owners neglected the building and did nothing to help solve the issues. Most of the residents are more concerned about the conditions of the departments than the takeover itself and they are complaining about how they have to live with that and now they have to worry about gangs taking over.  

Most people think that the Aurora Colorado “takeover” is somehow related to racism. There was an anti immigrant motion going on at the time of the apartment takeover that could’ve been something that led these people to gather and try to take over and get revenge. 

The gang threatened to kill some of the residents and there were times when they actively attempted to kill them or hurt them according to some of the reports that were made after the incident. They mostly just scared them and made them give the gang their rent money.
