The Lexington Legends won the championship of the South Atlantic League this year for the first time since 2001. They beat the Lakewood Blue Claws in 4 games. The Legends won the first game but lost the second, eventually finishing with two additional wins which eliminated the need for a fifth game. The Legends win was only the  second time in franchise history that the Lexington Legends won the South Atlantic League Championship.  The Legends 2018 performance  has left this guy anxious to see what the future of the franchise might hold.
