A Message To Seniors
February 11, 2019
As a senior, there are only a few more months left of school, the big world falls down on us. Up to this point, many of us have either struck senioritis or have been stressing way too hard about what college we are going to attend and that’s if we end up deciding to go to college. We are also in the efforts of getting our FAFSA back and praying we get enough money to help pay for our future university. Additionally, senior athletes are puzzled on whether to go play college sports or are they going to just be the normal university student. There’s a lot of aspects that play in all of this. It’s hard for many of us to enjoy these last few months of school just because of the overwhelming stress that has been thrown upon us. Many of us are worried about making our parents happy with choosing a great future that meets their expectations when we leave this place. These last few months are hard for many of us because these are the last few memories we seniors can carry on as high schoolers. Many people always say “We can’t wait to be out of school” when in reality we are hoping these last few months never end. The school we enter every day has been something we have known our entire life and it plays a big piece in us as students and people. I have one message to those who are seniors: just relax and enjoy the little time you have because this is all we have left for being seniors. It can be hard at times but always look at the bright side of things and keep pushing because before we know it these last few months will be over and we will no longer be a high school student.
