Sophia Grace is a child star who rose to fame after singing a cover of “Super Bass” by Nicki Minaj with her cousin Rosie. After uploading this to YouTube, it quickly went viral and the two girls ended up being on the Ellen DeGeneres show. The girls were allowed to meet Nicki Minaj themselves and made several appearances on the Ellen show. At one point the girls got their segment called “Tea Time with Sophia Grace & Rosie” where they met a multitude of celebrities including Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus. Due to their popularity at the time, the girls also appeared on the show “Sam & Cat” on two different occasions. 

All grown up now, Sophia is 19 years old and posts videos on Youtube with one of her most recent ones announcing her pregnancy. She mentioned she was 21 weeks pregnant and knows the gender of her baby but is going to announce this news on a different YouTube video. Sophia also did an exclusive interview with E! News where she said the first person she announced her pregnancy to was her mom. She stated “My mom’s reaction obviously, at the start, she was a little bit like, ‘Oh wow.’ But she just got used to it straight away and she was always really happy and excited about it.” She then went on and talked about her dad’s reaction and how she didn’t know how to tell him due to it being awkward to talk about, and in the end, her mom told him because she couldn’t face doing it herself. She mentioned he was surprisingly really happy about it. 

They have been close since they were little and Sophia let us know her cousin’s reaction. She said she delivered the news to her younger cousin by showing her a sonogram. Sophia mentioned that Rosie cried tears of joy and also stated: “Honestly, it was literally one of the most happiest moments ever.” She went on and talked about how Rosie is going to be “the best cousin ever” and that she’s so excited for her to meet her baby. On October 23, Rosie shared a picture on Instagram of her hugging Sophia and wrote a sweet caption congratulating her cousin. She wrote “This photo was the moment Sophia told me she was pregnant (as you can see I am crying) Congratulations to my beautiful cousin Sophia on the news of your pregnancy! To say I’m excited is a understatement, I can’t wait to share this whole new chapter with you and be by your side watching you be the best mum ever! Love you so so much”. On a YouTube video Sophia recently uploaded, she revealed that she’s expecting a boy.
