The Chrisley family’s wealth is deteriorating. As you may already be aware, Todd and Julie Chrisley’s family is having serious problems. Back in 2014, Todd Chrisley of “Chrisley Knows Best” gave cameras a tour of his immaculately maintained wardrobe while boasting that he spends $300,000 a year on apparel, sometimes even more. His wife Julie had started showing off their opulent lifestyle on television. Without a doubt, their show and reality have both caught up with them! Todd and Julie Christley were convicted in June. They were found guilty of conspiring to defraud banks of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans and of dodging taxes on personal loans. Tax evasion. To get loans, the Chrisleys and their former business partner provided forged documentation. And spent their cash on extras like clothing, real estate, vehicles, and travel. that they had secured fresh loans to repay previous debt. The Chrisleys are found guilty on all counts in federal court following a three-week trial. They had received a prison sentence. Julie Chrisley received a sentence of 7 years in prison and 16 months of probation, making a total of 19 years for both Todd and Julie. Julie, who prosecutors believed played a lesser role in the crimes, was sentenced to seven years and will serve her time at Federal Correctional Institution Marianna. According to a piece by Katelyn O’kane, The jury’s unanimous decision clarifies the situation: Todd and Julie Chrisley are professional fraudsters who have made life by switching between fraud schemes, deceiving banks, taking advantage of vendors, and dodging taxes everywhere. They have been placed under house arrest until they are sentenced.  Todd Chrisley says fraud convictions have brought him and his wife Julie closer while they prepare for prison. The Chrisley performances have all been postponed. Todd Chrisley has now added that he and his wife were set up by a former coworker and that they have “nothing to conceal.”
