In November 2022, famous actors Chris Evans and Alba Baptista sparked a rumor in the media regarding their relationship. The two have yet to confirm his relationship status. In the same month, the “couple” was spotted together in Paris working on an upcoming project. Ever since the incident, fans from both parties were suspicious of their relationship and began questioning both via social media. Neither Evans nor Baptista have commented on these rumors. 

Chris Evans, 41, is famously known for his role as Captain America in the MCU and also for his acting skills. He has been in many movies that are favored by the people, such as Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain Marvel, Avengers, Lightyear, and Knives Out. Evans started his career in different television series. He has been in several teen films like “Not Another Teen Movie” in 2001. He also has gained the attention of the media because of his portrayal of the Marvel comic character, Human torch, in Fantastic four. Evans made further appearances in film adaptations of comic books and graphic novels like Scott Pilgrim vs The World (2010). Evans has gained a wider portrayal for being Captain America in various Marvel films. As his popularity grew, he had to go private about his love life, but fans supported and respected his decision. 

Alba Baptista, 25, is a Portuguese actress, she started her career with the series, Jardins and starred in multiple Portuguese series and movies. In 2022, she starred in the Netflix series Warrior nun, which marked her debut in English-language. Not much is known about her career since she’s new to the acting department. Based on her performance in these series, there is a large possibility that Hollywood will pick her up for bigger projects. Not only for her skills in acting but her involvement with Chris Evans. 

The two actors met when Baptista started to follow Evans on Instagram. They were both seen in Europe working on a project together. Since fans have been looking closely in suspicions in both their for any social media clues and there some that fans have found of their potential relationship. They say that Evans and Baptista spent New Year’s together. Also, another clue was Evans visiting a friend very often where Baptista resides. Then, rumors sparked of their relationship once again over a picture that Evans took on Halloween of a pumpkin that fans noticed Baptista’s mother also had on her account. Sometime in January, Evans posted an Instagram story that featured Baptista. In the story, it showed them “jump scaring” each other which their fans found cute. 

As of now, Evans and Baptista have commented on their potential relationship and didn’t deny it. They have been dating for over a year now and things are serious between the couple. Also, Chris’s family and friends adore Alba as it said in People, “they are in love and Chris has never been happier, his family and friends all adore.” In an interview, Evans spoke that he wants a wife and kids and he wants to build a family together, which is what he desires the most. Fans hope that their relationship will last and both are happy together because they are sure a cute couple.
